• BLD Series Signal light

  BLD series indicators are all using high bright solid color LED light chip as the light source, long life, low energy consumption, small size, light weight, is XD all kinds of white woven lights and neon lamp replacement products. The products have passed the CCC mandatory product certification of CQC Center, the CE safety certification of the European Community and the type approval of Marine products of China Classification Society.

  Product Use:

  BLD series indicator is suitable for power, telecommunications, machine tools. For indicating signals, warning signals, accident signals and other indicating signals in the lines of ships, textile, printing, mining machinery and other equipment.

  Applicable environment:

    ◾  1, ambient temperature :-40℃~+85℃
    ◾  2, air relative humidity ≤98%;
    ◾  3. It can work normally under the vibration frequency of 2-80Hz and acceleration of 0.7g;
    ◾  4, the pollution level is 3, the installation category is Ⅲ;
    ◾  5, with the "TH" mark can work in the hot and humid environment.

  BLD Series Anti-interference signal lamp

  Because the BLD series signal light uses LED as the light source, the brightness sensitivity is much higher than the white woven signal light, therefore, in many signal light indicating circuits, the presence of interference induced voltage makes many LED lights seem bright and not bright. Seriously affect the normal judgment of the operator, for this reason, our company specially developed the BLD series anti-interference signal light to solve the problem, set a limit value circuit in the original signal light (generally 10~90V), below the limit value of the signal light is not bright. Above the threshold, it emits light.

  Note:

  1. At present, the company Ø22 and corresponding ultra-short products can withstand the induction voltage of 20% of the operating voltage.
  2, resistance to more than 20% of the induced voltage of the lamp cost is 3-5 yuan higher than similar lights, and all need to be customized, the production cycle is three working days

  3, in the flash circuit, the working current should be more than 8mA, the anti-interference threshold can not be too large, otherwise the signal light may not work.

  4, by optimizing the voltage reduction scheme, ultra-short signal lamp can be used for DC220V and above voltage.
