Maintenance Reform Policy
1. When it is necessary to repair the product, the customer can contact the partners or sales staff of Bruder Electric, who fill in the after-sales application form, which is reviewed and signed by the engineer after sale and sent to the Bruder electric factory together with the product. Our electrical engineers will inspect and repair the faulty product and send it back to the customer. For products with quality problems and within the warranty period, we will provide free maintenance. For repairs that are not quality problems or beyond the warranty period, we will charge the appropriate amount of materials per hour according to the charging standard.
2. For products that exceed the replacement period, or belong to unconventional models or non-standard customization, some product series can apply for restructuring, and the restructuring process is referred to the charging maintenance process.
