3, for the customer on-site after-sales problems need technical support, please contact the purchase agent, we will arrange to give after-sales technical support and service as soon as possible.
4, for major quality problems at the customer site, the after-sales service department will arrive at the scene within 48 hours after confirming with the customer. Due to the on-site service required for product quality problems, all related costs are borne by Bruder Electric. If the customer requires after-sales service products tested without fault, Bruder electric will charge the customer the corresponding after-sales service fees according to the charging standard.
